Get out of the office and into the adventure! At the trainee camp, you’ll experience teamwork, camaraderie, and the great outdoors alongside our managing directors, Marc and Thomas. It’s the perfect way to kick off your career with a head start!
Vacation Adventures for the Little Ones
The Ebern Vacation Adventure is about more than just helping out: As an intern, you’ll have the chance to take on responsibility, grow personally, and strengthen important social skills. Together with the team, you’ll work with elementary school children from Ebern and plan a variety of activities for the summer break.
From preparation to implementation, you’ll contribute your own ideas, organize as part of a team, and develop valuable skills that will help you not only during your training but also beyond.

FAQs on Vocational Training, College, and Internships
How does a trial internship work, and how can I apply for one?
The best way to get a feel for the program is to participate in a three- to four-day trial internship. Here, you can upload your application materials (cover letter including your preferred internship dates, resume, and most recent transcript).
Is there an application deadline at marcapo?
marcapo does not have a deadline for submitting applications for apprenticeship positions. In general, however, it is best if we receive your application materials 8 to 12 months BEFORE the start of the apprenticeship.
What are the requirements for a dual degree program at marcapo?
In general, we offer a dual degree program in the fields of marketing communications and business informatics.
This type of training requires a high degree of self-discipline, personal responsibility, and perseverance. For this reason, we prefer candidates for this demanding challenge to already have some professional experience. This experience can be gained, for example, through a (typically shortened) apprenticeship.
What makes the training opportunities at marcapo so special?
A strong focus on practical experience and personal development is very important to us. Whether you’re in an apprenticeship, an internship, or a dual degree program, you’ll receive in-depth professional training and work as an integral part of our teams on client projects. After the onboarding phase, you’ll take on responsibility for your own projects and will always be supported by a personal mentor. A special highlight is our trainee projects, which are planned and carried out completely independently by the entire trainee team. Whether it’s a Christmas party, a summer program for kids, or an environmental project—with these projects, you have complete freedom to get creative and think outside the box. Sound good?
