Our Responsibilities as Technical Project Management
We provide technical consulting to our clients and handle platform development. This means we understand our clients’ business processes and customize each marketing platform to ensure that all workflows are implemented optimally. In addition, we create interface solutions to enable the automated exchange of data between our clients’ and service providers’ systems and the marcapo platforms.
We provide advice on technical options and are constantly refining our marketing platforms to meet our customers’ needs. And if a crisis arises, we take charge of bug management and work with our colleagues in development and IT to put out the fire.
