The apprenticeship typically lasts 3 years. However, if you have a high school diploma or a Mittlere Reife, the apprenticeship can be shortened to 2 or 2.5 years. The decision on whether to shorten the apprenticeship is always made by the training company. At marcapo, this decision isn’t made until after the apprenticeship has begun, so we can ensure that you’re completely comfortable with it and that no unnecessary pressure is created. 

For this training program at marcapo, you’ll need a good high school diploma. Whether you have a “Quali,” Mittlere Reife, or Abitur is secondary to us—what’s much more important is that you’re truly eager to learn and contribute to our team. Even if you don’t want to complete a degree in business administration and/or communications but are looking for a hands-on apprenticeship, dialog marketing is the right field for you.

Organizational skills and strong communication abilities are a solid foundation for this apprenticeship. Do you also enjoy talking to people and advising them? Great—then we look forward to receiving your application!

Während der Ausbildung wechseln sich Praxisphasen bei uns und Berufsschulphasen blockweise ab. Der Unterricht findet in Forchheim statt. Hier gibt es auch Wohnheime, sodass du während der Schulzeiten nicht täglich pendeln musst.  

Während der Praxisphasen bei marcapo lernst du zunächst uns und unsere Produkte und Kunden kennen. Du übernimmst von Beginn an kleine Aufgaben, bei denen dich auch dein Azubi-Pate mit Rat und Tat unterstützt. So entwickelst du dich immer weiter, bis du am Ende deiner Ausbildung ein Profi im Bereich Dialogmarketing bist.

The apprenticeship salary at marcapo is tiered: In your first year of training, you’ll earn €1,050. In your second year, it’s €1,150, and in your third year, €1,250. In addition, after the probationary period (4 months), we provide a monthly allowance of €35 on top of that.

Once you’ve successfully completed your apprenticeship, you’ll have many opportunities: You can continue working with your current team, for example, as a junior advertising consultant. At marcapo, your chances of being offered a permanent position after your apprenticeship are very good, so—if you and your team are interested—you can continue working here right away. From there, you can keep climbing the career ladder and even advance to a specialist role or team leadership position. A move to another department that matches your expertise—such as project management—is, of course, also a possibility. But even if your thirst for knowledge isn’t fully satisfied after your apprenticeship, we’ll work with you to find a suitable path, such as specialized professional development courses. If you’d like to specialize even further, pursuing a degree while working is a great option—and we at marcapo would be happy to support you in that endeavor.

During the first few months of your training, it’s important to us that you settle in well and get comfortable. That’s why the first phase takes place in person at our office in Ebern. Later on, you may also have the option to work from home or at our Bamberg office, in consultation with your team and your trainee mentor.
