In the Production & Supplier Services division, we ensure that an order placed on our marcapo marketing platforms is successfully turned into promotional materials. Throughout the entire ordering process, we manage and oversee the production of marketing materials, coordinate with our partners, and handle quality management. And we do so successfully: Thanks to our reliable processes and high quality standards, we maintain a complaint rate of less than 1% —and we’re constantly working to improve even further.
To this end, we work closely with our network of service providers and production partners and serve as a key interface between our marketing platforms, external partners, and internal departments. We handle communication and coordination with our service providers, manage orders, and keep an eye on the entire production process. This also includes calculating prices for production services, reviewing quotes, and negotiating terms with our service providers. In this way, we ensure that all relevant information is in the right place at the right time. And if something doesn’t go according to plan? Then we work with our partners to quickly find the right solution.

We make sure that promotional materials can be ordered, customized, and displayed on our marketing platforms—from their presentation on the platform to the final print file. To do this, we apply our expertise in media, promotional materials, file formats, and technical specifications every day. What makes this special is that our clients’ sales partners can customize many promotional materials to fit their own businesses and specific needs. We create the necessary templates, thereby laying the technical foundation for personalized, local marketing.
