Working as a Customer Service Representative
As the first point of contact for users of our marketing platforms, our customer service representatives have their ears—literally—to the pulse of local businesses. We provide valuable assistance with the platform, handle customer inquiries, and offer our partners support and advice in planning their local marketing campaigns. We give marcapo a voice—and are always competent and courteous points of contact for our customers.

Every day, we help our clients select the right marketing strategies and implement them successfully. We provide personalized advice and always explain advertising options in a clear and understandable way, focusing on the added value for our clients. In doing so, we combine strong communication skills, a commitment to service, and a keen sense for marketing.
We take the pressure off the consulting teams in their day-to-day work. We handle a wide range of operational, technical, and organizational tasks—from grant applications and attendance management to order verification and portal support, as well as special assignments and individual to-do items. In doing so, we ensure that processes run smoothly, outstanding issues are resolved quickly, and client advisors can focus on providing direct client support.
We actively reach out to customers and highlight relevant marketing and advertising opportunities. We provide information about current promotions, identify individual opportunities, and help successfully implement appropriate strategies. With our strong foreign language skills, we assist with international inquiries, ensure clear and personalized communication, and help implement marketing strategies tailored to different markets. In this way, we combine client consulting with linguistic expertise and intercultural understanding.
